Good morning sunshine people! 

When it comes traveling I'm the first one in line to go, as much as I dislike packing that much I get excited for the new travel plan. 

Today i feel like a kid given candies :D I'm flying home and of course as always I'm extremely happy, different happy than with other trips.

I will not give you the speech with "my beloved country" cause it's not the case but I go back to the best people ever, people that will always be happy to see me and have me there, people with whom I can have conversations of entire nights and never end, share the best moments and laughter, play with my kitty...and that makes it the best for me and the reason of my happiness.

And all the goodies I'm gonna eat... 😄😄 OMG!!

Travel to Acores!

Hello Ladies and Gentleman!

I'm back home in my cold and rainy island but  as i promised, i come around to tell you more about my trip to Beautiful Acores, Sao Miguel island, the island where the Sun kisses you with love and warmth every morning!

What a beautiful place to start a day. Before anything else that can surprise you, the views that this small island have, will dazzle you. The colors, the nature, the peace and quiet, the fresh air ..are magical.
It's like you enter in another world where everything is nice and peaceful and where the nature seems like it wasn't touched by humanity.
The contrast of the green grass, violet hydrangea, blue ocean and shiny sun its just stunning. It gets a hint of Hawaii this Island and yet with its own beauty.  The island is small but each corner you turn you get another view point that it's worth stopping and taking pictures and another one... Me personally i stayed with my camera on and outside of the window all the way we drove around. You just cant stop looking around and saying: "Wow!!!...so beautiful".
Since its a volcanic island you get a lot of beaches with black sand and rocky black costs but the beauty of it, are definitely the thermal pools that are all over the island. You have pools with hot water of 38 degrees( what a paradise), natural warm waterfalls in the middle of the nature where you can enjoy a relaxing bath, and dry up in the light of the warm sun, smell of flowers and songs of the birds.
Lots of lagoons and lakes with an amazing water of a blue green that just leave you speechless. And all the flowers around...oh my... i was now in September but i bet if you go in June or May you will be stunned.
You can also visit the pineapple plantation, where by the way they have a home made pineapple ice cream, yum yum...and also the Tea Plantation with green and black tea to taste.

But less talk..more pictures for you to see. If you ever have the occasion.. it's just a 60 euro Ryanair trip from Lisbon and its definitely worth it.

Good morning beautiful people! 

I know i've been absent lately , I promise to correct and compensate and I'll start it today! Today my plane flies to Lisbon, but that's not what I'll talk about cause it's not where I'll stay. Destination: middle on nowhere, more said middle of the ocean, on a stunning beautiful island called : Açores. It's a natural beauty that place and I'm really excited cause I've never been there before. If the weather will be great I'm sure I'll have a lot to tell you. Until then sleep well or Good morning!

Trip to Liverpool

Good morning weekend!

Who said that early mornings can't be happy and full of energy.

I am currently in another destination already but before this I wana tell you about how I felt Liverpool. 

Well when I'm in a new place, new destination I'm like a kid jumping jumping, looking all around me with a big smile and trying to take pics of everything that it's moving and not :D 

But what I love the most about mornings like this is when are complemented by a good, hot cup of tea and good music.

...So trip to Liverpool started early as always but of course i don't mind cause then i have the whole day to enjoy. Cute city, morning began with very nice and helpful people. Weather as everywhere else that i am these days, cold for a summer, even for a late spring would be cold but at least sunny, partially sunny which is already good cause if on a day like this  there, it's the perfect time to write on the blog the experiences from the other days.

City is very cute, the waterfront area gives a great relaxing "wow" effect. It's the perfect place to go for a walk, have a chat with friends, eat your snack or simply sit, relax and enjoy the view. It's very clean all around, people are polite, the have a huge shopping area :D for those who love to do shopping its a great spot, it's called "One".  Albert Docks can be a great place to walk around and if you can catch a nice sunset it can be magical. The bridges, the water of the river are creating a really nice view in this area. In the Albert Docs you can also visit The Beatles Story house that was dedicated to the rock group "The Beatles".

Most of the museums are with free entrance. The Radio City Tower it's a great place to see the amazing waterfront view of the city from the top, the entrance for adults is 5 Pounds, 3 for kids and 14.50 pounds for families.

The Hop on Hop off bus is 9 Pounds and it lasts 50 min. I prefer to see the things walking since are close to each other but 

I did the bus tour, was a nice way to learn the stories about the city and each building. As always I tried some new restaurant where I had the best pancakes Ever!!! I wish I knew the recipe.

Recommended places to eat: 

Bill's - Mediterranean restaurant, very quite and nice. Food was absolutely amazing, good music, nice staff, , 

Gusto - italian restaurant, situated in the docks with a waterfront view, delicious food, romantic atmosphere. Great place to end a nice day. 

Wagamama- Asian restaurant it's a different style of place but very good food as well.

Barcelona summer

Good morning summer lovers!

As I was saying the other day I hit another destination and now I'm heating  up under the Spanish sun catching the Catalunyan wave of summer, beach, tourists and fun. 

I've visited Barcelona before but never during the summer. Temperature goes super high, streets and beaches are impressively crowded, people all around tanning, chilling, cocktails, having fun, no work, no worries just good time. 

  Barcelona is an impressive city with a very beautiful architecture, very unique, a mixture between new and antique but all in white/pastel colors that gives a freshness to the city that you don't see in many cities in Europe. Buildings have a specific architecture that when you look from the top all the buildings around the city don't have corners. The city has beach (Barceloneta beach, the most known here), marina (Port Olimpic), natural beauties( Montjuic Mountain, great parks ( Parque Guell, Parque de la Ciutadella, Parque Teatre Grec) also you can find here a lot of monuments, museums, gothic area, Sagrada Familia  and the well known La Rambla that finishes up with Placa Catalunya,  that all the tourists must see. Food as always is amazing and the sangria is terrific :)  I love walking around here even though i would give you a Tip: if you walk in La Rambla hold tight to your purse. I hold mine everywhere now after Brazil, i was the most relaxed person about these things  and now i am really careful and suspicious about everybody who doesn't seem right. I guess i stayed with "marks" after that experience :)

The bus tour is definitely worth it if it's your first time, helps in terms of transportation and you have easy access to all the most important attractions. 

I still have some days to enjoy this beautiful city, until then I will share a few pics with you. Let's see if I convince you to visit it. :)

New adventure

Good morning sunshine people!

My day starts again with new adventures.  A new flight and a new destination. And as all good days start early in the morning so as mine, I already can see its gonna be a great one. I know there I will take a good portion of sun, nice tan, great skylines, awesome food and great impressions and fun.

Good mornings from Paradise

   Good morning Sun!

Good morning from the part of the world where sun shines brighter all year long and you can feel like your life its a continuous holiday.

Long days of beach, sun, ocean, relax and nights of fun, long walks and great dinners seem to take me to another reality, where there is only summer, sand, beach and  happy people. All together just screams: Vacation !!!

    Sun is shining so bright and warms so strong here, putting it's print of summer on thirsty bodies that craved for sun and vacation the entire year. Golden / brownish colors soaked by the sun, and chilled by the azure water, stunning views that are taking your breath away, streets crowded with people, singing, dancing and shopping, food absolutely delicious and  drinks that are so refreshing and seem to give life even from one sip, cooling down the heat, are the details that describe the Amazing Algarve, Portugal. The beaches are full of colors, the bikinis make a match with the vibrant color of Bougainville flowers that are so beautiful, each time i see one I'm like; "Woowww":) The streets are shrouded by great aromas of fresh food where people from all over the world are exploring and enjoying this little Paradise. 

The ocean and beach is calling you back everyday "stay more, stay more" to see the beauty and enjoy the waves, breeze, sand and sun. The little cities like Alvor, Albufeira, Portimao have a special charm that convince you that the days you stay are not enough to discover all the treasures they have to delight you with.
This place has a special magic. I don't know if its cause of the the beaches with rocks and caves that are marvelous or if its the color of the water, or if its the amazing spirit that you can find everyday in this astonishing place. What i know is that everyday you gotta enjoy it to the max, as life would be a continuous vacation in Paradise, cause when you are in places like this, all you can dream about is to be Endless.
And for those who didn't visit this part of the world yet, plan it fast. You won't regret it.

Under the sun..

Helllo sunshine people!

  First day of my "out of town" escape. Started with 31 degrees at 9 AM, pretty awesome for a Dubliner used to 12/14/18 degrees Maximum. 

Well, I'm always happy to be in the sun and cannot complain about the temperature, it's freaking awesome. The city always welcomes us with a big smile and shiny Rays, warming us and our souls up. :) 

I'm officially in my summer vacation, together with beautiful and dear people and I'm ready for the adventures of the next days. Beautiful weather, stunning nature around, warm breeze, super great company and more days to come. 

I'm happy. Where are you going this summer? I'll keep you posted with pics from my great experience.
