Good Mornings from sunny Portugal!

Hello everybody! I hope you're all good. I've been absent for a while but not in vain. Let me tell your where I've been and what I've seen and experienced.

I finally left the cold and humidity behind in exchange for sunny, warm, blue and breezy weather.
I've been so happy excited to be there again especially now when the temperatures are scaling between 27-33 degrees, the sun shines more bright, sky is of a crystal blue, the sand is warmer and the ocean seems to be a bit more calm and kind.

I had 10 days of happiness, saporous food, breath taking views, beautiful nature, amazing beaches, beautiful people, and new points discovered.
I was there with a special purpose, what was it? I will tell you in another post. In the meanwhile let me talk about Lisbon, Portugal.
A beautiful city with controversies in a country with everything that you can wish for.

Lisbon is a city where you can get more than an escape, you get culture and modernism, refined traditional food and fusion from around the world, amazing sandy beaches and stunning rocky coasts, breath taking sunshines and sunsets, beautiful vegetation, history, music, passionate music, traditional Fado music, rocky narrow roads that connect the city center that is the historic, vintage part of Lisbon to wide, spacious, sunny streets that build the new are of the city, The Expo.

Right in the city center you have a beautiful hill rising, that tops with St. Jorge Castle, one of the oldest structure in Lisbon where you can get a fabulous 360* view over the city, and to make your trip up to there even more typical you can take the yellow tram from the center. You can find here in Lisbon also the Twin of the Golden Gate Bridge from San Francisco, well this one is called Ponte 25 de Abril and connects Lisbon to Almada and at the end of the bridge on the right side you have a monument of Cristo Rei that is inspired by the Christ the Redeemer from Rio de Janeiro, that's why i call it the "Mini Rio" :D
And then there is Cascais...one of my absolutely favorite area... it's gorgeous, it's impressive, it's so worth it. The colors of the ocean, the shine of the sun, the beautiful nature and gorgeous places around make this place perfect. Perfect for an amazing lunch, for a relaxing walk, for a meditating stay or even for a drive to see what this fabulous place is hiding.

Lisbon that is known as the Sunshine Capital of Southern Europe, is the perfect place for sunbathing 9 months a year, take long walks on the endless white sand beaches, have fun under the open sky, meet new people, fall in love, make your tummy happy especially eating the yummilicious Pasteis de Belem, i'm telling you they are amazing!!!! have a great drink, admiring the vanilla skies and enjoy your perfect staying .
If you have a chance of visiting this amazing city, don't miss it. You won't regret it, I Promise!

Of course Portugal has fantastic places all over the country and i'll try to introduce you to them little by little. Have a good afternoon everybody!
